Wella Sp Perm Emulsion is conditioning after perm treatment. It neutralizes all residues of alkali and peroxides and stabilizes the perm results. Wella Sp Perm Emulsion provides elasticity and stability.
Post-wave treatment.
How to Use:
- Apply on wet hair immediately after the wave treatment.
- Shake well before use.
- Keep the dispenser down and apply from roots to tips.
- Massage gently and leave for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly.
