- Especially designed to neutralize upcoming yellow and gold tones even on dark hair
- Lifts and neutralizes natural or coloured hair
- To be mixed with PPL 9+lightening powder
- Provides both lift and lasting cendré colour result in one easy step
Technical information:
- Bleach & Tone is recommended for off-scalp application only such as highlights
- Do not overlap with previously lightened hair
- Always mix all three components (10-15ml Bleach & Tone, 35g PPL9+, 50ml Developer)
