Next Day Delivery has to be placed before 12.00 PM or this will be held for fulfillmentthe following day.

International delivery costs are calculated at the checkout and are weight-based.

Collect in Person: collect in person from our Physical Shop at no extra cost for the customers in London, United Kingdom. The Customer has to book the item online before heading for collection from the Shop. 

Restricted Item for Outside the United Kingdom:

Aerosols

Volumes of 50ml or less are allowed. All other aerosols are prohibited from being exported out of the European Union.

Liquids:

Any Liquids such as Shampoo and Conditioner with alcohol content greater than 24% ABV are prohibited. Volume should not exceed 1 litre per item.

If you select items such as Aerosols, pressurised containers, and nail varnish, we can only send these to countries within the European Union and only via another Courier service.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Prices, descriptions, and availability of goods

All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information are subject to change without notice; hence, any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Where goods are temporarily out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock, or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information, and prices are accurate, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items displayed on our site may be mispriced. No contract exists between you and The Glamour Shop until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods. We maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology.

All clearance items at www.theglamourshop.com are brand new, unopened, and unused. These products are offered at discounted prices as they are being phased out or discontinued from our range.

Guarantee

www.theglamourshop.com Electronics products are guaranteed against defects in material for a period of twelve months (Otherwise mentioned) from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift. The guarantee becomes invalid in the case of misuse, modification, or repair by unauthorised persons. Should this product become defective during the warranty period, return it to the store of purchase for repair or replacement without any charge to you. This guarantee in no way affects your rights under statutory law in the United Kingdom.

Delivery arrangements

Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased and an indication of the delivery timescale. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be dispatched within this timescale. Shipping times may vary and are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from www.theglamourshop.com. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days by e-mail at customercare@theglamourshop.com. Suppose the items are visibly damaged on receipt, and delivered by a carrier its best to sign the carriers delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault either by e-mail at customercare@theglamourshop.com. Items should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault,we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our Customer Support, we will return the item to you; in this instance, you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 7 calendar days since receipt, then, provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be "as new" when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at The Glamour Shop Store, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

All returns must be securely packed in the original packaging and complete.
